
Brown around 1 lb of ground bison in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil on medium heat. Add a little salt to taste.
While browning, blend together in a small bowl:
1/4 c. Molasses
1/4 c. Ground Mustard
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Ketchup
3/4 tsp. Salt
Once meat is browned, add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 6-8 sandwiches
