In a small microwavable bowl, place 4 Tbsp butter and microwave for 10-15 seconds until just softened. Stir in 2 tsp fresh finely chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Set aside before cooking steaks so it will be room temperature when they are ready.
